This lakefront cottage is for rent on the first basin of Lake James, one of Indiana's most beautiful sports lakes. This cottage is fully furnished with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The three small bedrooms [two with full-sized beds, one with a set of twin beds] and half bath are located upstairs. The large living room downstairs has a full-sized pull-out couch. The front sunroom has two day beds with windows all around for enjoying beautiful Lake James sunsets. The cottage sleeps a total of 8-10 adults. The living room has high-speed internet and TV / DVD. There are remote control air conditioning units throughout the cottage. The kitchen is well-equipped with coffee maker, blender, and microwave and adjoining table area. The cottage also includes an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing, a large ground level patio with lakeside yard for games. The naturally sandy lake bottom is great for swimming, so bring all your water toys and floats. A private dock with boat tie-ups is included.
